Do you have to bring someone to the Debs?

No way! You can just go with a group of friends if you like! Meet in one of your houses beforehand and go there together. It’s totally up to you!

Can you get a refund on Debs tickets?

You can be refunded for all of your ticket price up until 2 months prior to the date of your Debs. Your €20 deposit however is non refundable. Under certain circumstances a full refund may be granted.

Do you get to chose who sits at the dinner table?

It depends. Sometimes the Debs committees make a seating plans so it’s more organised on the night.  Sometimes it's on a first come first served basis, so girls get off those heels and grab the best seats in the house!

How many people sit at each Debs dinner table?

This will be specific to the venue your school has chosen. Usually it is 8-12 people however you can ask your Debs Committee and they will know. Otherwise don’t hesitate to ring our office and ask!

Do you have to buy your debs dates mother flowers?

No this is a myth, you don’t have to buy her flowers, just make sure she knows that you will look after her daughter and she will be happy enough with that! For more information on this topic check out our Debs Chat!

Where is the best place to get a debs dress in Dublin?

How much is a corsage?

Corsages start from €20 and can go up to around €60. You don’t have to spend a certain any particular amount, just make sure they match your dates dress! For more information on this topic check out our Debs Chat!

Do you have to take someone to your debs?

When is the right time to ask someone to your debs?

If you ask someone to your debs do you have to pay for the tickets??

If you ask someone to your debs and you are going out, who pays for the tickets?

This depends on whether you are both in the same school or not. If so, then you both buy your own tickets, however if not, then you both may as well just buy the two tickets to your own school debs! Do you have to pay for both debs tickets if you’re in the same school as your debs date and aren’t dating?
